Partner Organizations of Albanian Coalition for Child Education Sign the Memoranum of Understanding

Tirana, 06.02.14- TheAlbanian Coalitionfor Child Education, organized the meeting that made possible the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding, formalizing the coollaboration betweenthe organizations that support the Coalition.

Throughthe agreement the organizations engaged to cooperate with each other, to lobby and advocate for the respect of the universal right of children to a qualitative and inclusive education, and to support the objectives of the Albanian Coalition for Child Education.

The memorandum was signed by ADRA-ALBANIA, ADRF, ALO 116, IRCCRA, La Casa nel Cuore, MEDPAK, Partners for Children, Pink Embassy, Teachers’ Union, and SHKEJ.

All organizationsshare the common goal to support and strengthen the functioning of the Coalition, promoting initiatives that improve the situation, legislation and policies in the field of education for children in Albania and encourage the creation of an educational system that respects the rights of every child.

Albanian Coalition for Child Educationaims to advocate for the right of children to education, providing qualitative and inclusive education for every child and ensuring access to education for every girl child by bringingtogether the efforts and experiences of member organizations.

Based on the principle of the open door policy, the Albanian Coalition for Child Education invites every organization to be part of the Coalition because by collaborating our voice will be more powerful and able to bring about change.
